I left a message and they called me back within 12 hours and had me connected with a service provider within a few more. I called and left a message Friday night, they called back Saturday, I had plumbers at my house working on Sunday, and by the end of Monday everything was working again. Just in time for Thanksgiving!

My experience with Flowright plumbing was great but my service with HomeServe was disappointing! I found out the day of my service that I did not have unlimited interior service. When I signed up in June with a HomeServe sales agent , the gentleman DID NOT mention that there was also an unlimited package ! If I would’ve know I would’ve signed up for unlimited . I called Homeserve for service needed on my kitchen sink and tub that was stopped up . The agent didn’t tell me that I wouldn’t have anymore service calls to use after this one . I found out when flowright came the day of service that in order to fix the kitchen and bathroom tub I would have to make 2 different claims , therefore leaving me with no more claims to put in until June 2024 😳. I’m an unsatisfied customer and I will be looking for interior service elsewhere. .

The service team who came went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. They cleaned out the main line both towards the house and away from the house and double checked that the line was clear before leaving. They were very personable too!
