Service person came about the middle of the time frame which was OK. He took care of the problem promptly. I was quite happy with the experience.

it was Saturday morning when I discovered the leak in our water line. When I called in to the automated system, the response I got was that some contractor would call the next business day to set up an appointment. That was not acceptable. Once I got to a real human and explained our situation, she took quick action and got a local contractor to commit to an appointment that day. The contractor was out at our house just a few hours later, assessed the situation, and fixed the leak promptly. Great job by Bridget (Service Line Warranty), Darlene (Moon Valley Plumbing), and Anthony the plumber (Moon Valley Plumbing). Automation is fine, but real people listen, understand, and make a big difference when it comes to true customer satisfaction. So, thank you, Bridget, Darlene, and Anthony for a job well done.
