I give 5 stars to RCI Restoration for taking care of my issue. Duke went beyond to make sure I was taken care of when discovering my issue was much bigger than anticipated.The 4 stars goes to the actual process of finding a provider who’ll actually step up to help someone. With all the plumbing companies around the Knoxville Area, no one answered in time for me. The one who answered was RCI and they were 5 hours away from my address.
