Called in repair on Nov 1 for a water line repair that was completed in 2022 but failed. Vendor hired to do the job is the same vendor that completed the original repair, McAtee Plumbing. Came on Nov 2nd and completed the repair but did not fill the hole or repair the concrete which is part of the service agreement. Scheduled to return on Nov 8th to repair concrete. Technician showed up and said he didn’t think he was responsible for the repair. Reached out to McAtee again and also sent message to Home Serve and have not heard from either as of Nov 9th.

Well worth the purchase of insurance. Repair estimates were $750-$1250.... and it was fully covered. Repair was done same day, fast and professionally. When I called about issue it was handle perfectly and they made sure I was taken care of. Highly recommended.

We asked for outdoor irrigation drip repair and there was a misunderstanding about it. This system was installed by an independent contractor and the company you sent doesn’t do repairs done by independent contractors. The staff with Home Shied were great to work with.
