I spoke with Teresa initially and then Tatum. I received conflicting information re: my contract.I also had no idea after 10 years that this contract (for sewer line from home to street) was essentially ournew plumber! Once Tatum understood I was displeased with the service, she did get an appointment with us for Robert Parker and the experience with this company was very good and they assessed and advised on our situation.

Technician showed up my suspicions were correct there is a leak in one of the couplings a few feet down in my front yard. He got right to work and repaired it. I didn’t get to see what he did but I’m sure he took care of it. My water bill had doubled and it was really worried about that, we’ll see how it goes is your service, it was seamless and I’m very satisfied

I called about my sewer line more than a week ago. The first person you sent said my sewer line had collapsed and was blocked near the city sewer line. Then, for some reason, you sent another company two days later. They sent inexperienced plumbers and could not get their camera through. They said they would ask an experienced plumber, but they were gone for the afternoon. I called Homeserve again to see what in the world was going on. The representative said she would call me back after talking to the first plumber. She never called back. Three days later they sent some young guys who were polite, but also couldn't get a camera through. They said their boss would have to call Homeserve to ask what they wanted to do. The next day (yesterday), I hadn't heard anything, so I called the plumbing company and asked to speak to whomever was in charge of my case. The office worker said he would call me back. He failed to call me back so after several hours I called him. He hadn't even called Homeserve yet. Today I have again heard nothing from the plumbing company or Homeserve. Meanwhile, I'm using the toilet sparingly and have to take my laundry elsewhere. If the line needs to be replaced, I wish something could happen soon, as I know that will be an ordeal. Please do something!

Great service & quick resolution!

The technician sent was excellent. He was personable, professional and got the job done. He even went so far as to ensure he really cleared the line before declaring problem resolved. I’ve not had this level of expertise and attention with past plumbers. Randy gets a 10 star rating!

I called homeserve and the call only took a few minutes to explain our problem and get a work order started, we had to wait a few hours for the contracted company to show but they took care of the problem in about 15 minutes and all was good. It seems in most cases there will be same day service.

Every time we've needed to use this service, they send someone out to address the problem quickly.

The two individuals from Air Assurance performed an excellent service to clean out the bathroom drain! Recommended to install a clean out in the backyard versus going on the roof with the snake! I will have that work done in mid month November!Overall, I want to thank them for coming out and performing outstanding work in cold conditions! My wife and I both apppreciate a job well done!
