Prompt answering of phone call. Prompt communication with plumber who then contacted to confirm in 10 min. On call tech arrived in a couple hours to clear the sewer line.

My experience with HomeServe was awful with no timely resolution of my plumbing issue. The HomeServe representatives wasn’t able to resolve my issues until about four days later and the professional skills were awful. The warranty and All in One Plumbing Company were the two things that I appreciated.I would only refer All in One Plumbing to my family, friends and colleagues because their work was outstanding and the technician Steve was absolutely amazing.

A technician arrived early on the next business day, resolved the problem efficiently and in a professional manner.

10 minutes for the first call where the rep said it wasn’t covered. 55 minutes on the second phone call with the very nice rep who scheduled an appointment (for a sewer line backup) that never came to fruition. You advertise “emergency” but I called the scheduled plumber the next morning because no one showed up and was told there was never an appointment. The owner called back and profusely apologized, saying they had never accepted the job because they had no one available. It was a stressful mess. It was finally fixed two days after the call. We accept the inevitability of a weekend call; we don’t accept the ineptitude of the scheduling. A real sh*tshow.
