Tech who came out told me what I suspected was a leak in an upstairs shower that he felt it was from the roof. He didn't have me run the shower, all he had me do is flush the toilet once. I've had several plumbers not associated with Service Line come out, they all said it was an issue with the toilet in the upstairs shower or a new cartridge was needed for the shower.

Roy came out in a timely manner and fixed the major water leak. He is such a good worker and takes the time to explain everything, which I really appreciated.
