Called Home Serve to fix this! They referred me to Zona. Gilbert came, got the right part and tool and had it fixed in an afternoon. He was early, explained everything and was courteous and professional. Got my water back on, thank you Gilbert!

I had a sewage back up in my finished basement. Call them and first they scheduled someone only in 24 h… I called back and said it wasn’t acceptable because there was carpet and the damage will be worse. They manage to send another person in 2 hours that did the job very well.

The technicians were quick and professional. Unfortunately the issue wasn’t resolved as it’s a part that home serve doesn’t cover. (Shower only Valve and potentially the riser)
