for 6 days I was waiting a technician

My issue was addressed very quickly and completely.

I had a leak on my water line between the meter and the house. The first company (Waterway Plumbing) that was sent out came late in the afternoon and seemed like they did not want to be there. They were looking at some diagram they had and tried telling my wife the meter was not running. She had to drive to our meter to show them the correct meter, as they were looking at the wrong meter. Then they quickly walked the line (what they thought was the line) and said they could not find the leak and recommended that the line be replaced. When I got back into town the next day, I called SLWofA and talked to Serena. I tried to explain that replacing the line was not financially possible and that the line had to be repaired. She didn't seem like she was very interested in hearing my point of view on the matter. She finally asked if I wanted a second opinion. I said yes. She said it would delay the process several days. I then called Waterway Plumbing and talked to Ivan and he told me that they recommended replacement of the line, but if that was not possible to have a leak detection company come out to find the leak. Serena never told me that part of it. I called back and talked to Marshall, and she listened to my side of the story and was very helpful in getting it resolved. She sent an email to get the process moving and I received a call that afternoon Scott who told me that Presidio Plumbing was coming out that afternoon to evaluate the problem. Presidio Plumbing had been out before for other leaks and knew our property. They verified the leak and then the next day came out and quickly found it and did the repair. One hundred stars to Presidio Plumbing. No stars for Waterway Plumbing.

I was more than a little concerned about the amount of time and number of calls they had to make to get my drain cleaned. Once the technician came the problem ended up not being what I initially thought but rather an issue on the main drain line within the city of Arlington reservation. This had been identified in a previous call and service line was supposed to be working with the city to resolve the problem. This hasn't happened. I need to get this issue resolved. I had asked the technician if it would be possible to put the camera down to see what the issue and I lent him a power cord but he returned and said he no longer had his camera. The technician take care of the immediate drain problem and was very nice and professional but the larger problem is still unresolved.

They were very nice. They did the job and I was happy.

To be honest I was a skeptic at first but it was way easier and over all affordable. The technician was quick and came at a time that worked for me.

Upgrade plumbing arrived as scheduled was very courteous., friendly and knowledgeable and found and solved my water leak.

The technician was professional and courteous.
