I am dissatisfied with the description of the condition of the sewer line submitted by the tech. The video scope shows a large piece of clay pipe is dislodged and handing into the center of the pipe causing a restriction. The write-up by the tech refers to this a a “chip” in the pipe. Job got done. 8 contracted plumbers in my city yet I went 5 1/2 days without a water heater. Your reps lie! Specifically Tamara. I FINALLY got a supervisor and asked him to pull her call with me.Let me repeat…..HORRIBLE, LYING REPS.

we had backed up kitchen double sinks. After service call was placed, the assigned plumbing company called soon to confirm and sent a technician to fix the problem on the same day. The technician was professional and thorough. We appreciate how the entire process was handled.

Two companies have looked at my plumbing problem, and neither have offered too do the job. Both companies that looked at the job were not local companies. The solution nor a company to do the job has been accomplished. A local company has looked at the job and have offered a solution. But, they are not a member company. The problem has not been fixed and no solution has been offered. I am at the point of hiring a local company just to get the job done right away. I am disappointed with the service that has been done so far. The local company has experience with the plumbing system used in these homes, and has worked on them several times. Cement has to be removed to get to the plumbing problem. Only one company that looked at the job said the same thing, the other company wanted to check on using another approach, which would not work based on local company experiences with the same situation. Right now I am waiting for a solution.
