The process was quick - same day service and a very professional workmanship.

Contractor/Raven kept us posted to his arrival time. Finished the job before us and ask if he could come on over, we said yes. He was at our house 45 minutes prior to scheduled time. This was great, showed the part section of the pipe and replaced it. Raven was very nice, efficient and keep us informed. Very excellent experience.

Plumbers didn't listen to us when we explained our situation and charged us for snaking our stopped up lines anyway. Plus, we've asked your office to send us a copy of what our contract does cover and never got anything in our email or mail. We have had an ongoing problem with tree roots stopping up our sewer lines for several years now but for some reason the plumbers always seem to have a reason why our contract with Homeserve doesn't meet the conditions to repair the exterior line.

Technician found the leak quickly and repaired it quickly. Very satisfied.
