Water line to house ruptured. Reported the leak to SLWOA via computer in early am. Plumber was dispatched by SLWOA. Text messages said plumber would be at our home between 1pm and 3pm. Plumber arrived at about 4pm and had the repair done in about 30 minutes.

I was contacted within 5 minutes of making the first call to your company. The service provider customer service was excellent. I was told what my options for service were for service. Moon Valley plumbing told me who would be coming out and when. The morning of the service I received a text from Moon Valley with a picture and name of the person coming out. Within 5 minutes I received a call from the serviceman, George , who said he would be there shortly. George was very nice and professional. He fixed the problem, explained to me what went wrong and was on his way. I would recommend Moon Valley Plumbing to others. I also have recommend your company to my family.
