The plumber took a look, said he could correct the clog and climbs on my roof. I went back to my work. Later he told me he had fixed the clog. He left and I went to the sink and found that there was still a backup?? What gives?

Disgusting. You have been out 7 times since Nov 2024. Still same issue and I barely put ANYTHING down toilet. There’s a break shown clearly by a camera and you won’t fix becauhe managed to push paper away, meanwhile waste water etc is clearly not going down pipe properly and leaking somewhere, and snags paper and builds up 30 ft away from bathroom until I get sewage backup into my home which is hideous and unsanitary. After I complained yesterday your associate said if ithappens again WHICH IT DEFINITELY WILL I can ask for a permanent solution. Disgusting.

Plumbers were neat, professional and pleasant in spite of a major snowstorm going on all day. I would trust them with our plumbing needs. As far as the SLWA it would be a great improvement if you had an actual HOTLING/Emergency # so when a consumer has an emergency he/she could speak to a live person rather than a waste of time machine.

I called got in touch with a representative. The first one found a business but they had to cancel because they couldn't get to me in time. The second company found by Edgar came and is helping me now. I'm waiting to hear back from the company they assigned to schedule my repair. Your company didn't call me back after the first contact; I had to call them back and I waited 2 days for them to call. I have been with your insurance company for about 20 years and have never had to call until now.
