I called in around 3am experiencing a major issue. The lady who answered was kind and assured me that she would get to work on our claim. The company we were assigned were helpful and they scheduled us quickly. The service provider was professional, knowledgeable and helpful as well.

I was very happy the service technician was able to come that same afternoon! When he arrived I also had a roofer there to discuss upcoming work and pick out the color of shingles & gutters I wanted, so I was very pleased he was able to just do his work after being shown where the drain was in the basement. My only complaint is somehow he damaged the end of the downspout as he was coming and/or going between his vehicle and my basement. It still functions correctly but now it looks weird.
