They were very accommodating and very thorough and easy to work with

Took a long time to get service with different info when arriving. Actual work was excellant.

I’ve subscribed for about 15 years and have had to call three times. Every time - this Sunday was no exception - the phone contact was exceptional. And each time, the service response was immediate, friendly and the job was completed. When it comes to customer service in today’s marketplace, you pretty much stand alone at the top.

Nice gentleman

I did not receive the call from your plumber, it went to my VM.> I called the number supplied and the message said I was 34th in line on hold.

I was very pleased with the services provided by KC Sunshine Plumbing. Christian, the technician was very professional, skilled and knowledgeable. He explained his work thoroughly to me. I highly recommend this company.

Quick and professional.

Fast, courteous response from both Home Serve and the contractor Ripp. Very satisfied with service from both.

All good as always@
