The water main broke in the evening and the service tech showed up the next morning and the repair was completed in less than 2 hours - couldn't be happier!

I had a leaking and stopped up toilet. The rep. I had spoken to over the phone was very pleasant and helpful. She scheduled a local plumber to do the work. Newton Plumbing came out just a few hours later and quickly completed the task. They were professional and efficient.. The whole process was actually quite simple and resolved.
