It would be helpful to have a handful of service providers that are willing to pickup weekend jobs and emergencies happen on Saturday and Sunday too. We were without plumbing for over 12 hours due to our emergency being on a Sunday evening.

The staff at Roto router were so helpful, and even got a tech to me the same day when they had a cancellation. I really appreciated that since we had not been able to use water for several days. Jerze, the young man who did the repair, was VERY PROFESSIONAL, knew exactly how to fix the problem, and was so kind and polite and let me know what to expect throughout the repair!!! I am so happy with the excellent service he and the company provided, and I’m so grateful I signed up with your company. Your service technician, Noah, was excellent. I am disappointed that I have received no paperwork from Noah nor from Service Line Warranties concerning the nature of my sewer line repairs. The only communications I have received are your survey requests. I have no proof that services were rendered. I’m old fashioned and need paperwork for my files.
