Service line contracted with two different plumbers to come out and specifically repair the water main between the meter and the house. Neither of the contractors was willing to do this relatively easy job, for a couple different reasons (excuses.) My GC is going to have his plumber fix it as our house repair moves forward. So: after years of paying the monthly premiums, I found this insurance to be worthless.

Had a clogged drain. Called Service Line Warranty’s customer service and a plumber came the next day. I was asked if I needed service the same day but I opted for the next day. Couldn’t ask for better service.

The claim process was straightforward once clarification regarding the nature of the exterior sewage line blockage was established. The chosen contractor (Terry Liggett Construction) was friendly, arrived promptly and effectively cleared the blockage using water jets to clear the exterior service line.
