Plumbers were neat, professional and pleasant in spite of a major snowstorm going on all day. I would trust them with our plumbing needs.As far as the SLWA it would be a great improvement if you had an actual HOTLING/Emergency # so when a consumer has an emergency he/she could speak to a live person rather than a waste of time machine.

I called got in touch with a representative. The first one found a business but they had to cancel because they couldn't get to me in time. The second company found by Edgar came and is helping me now. I'm waiting to hear back from the company they assigned to schedule my repair. Your company didn't call me back after the first contact; I had to call them back and I waited 2 days for them to call. I have been with your insurance company for about 20 years and have never had to call until now.

This is the first time that I used Service Line Warranties. When I called after the plumbing backed up the phone was answered promptly. An appointment was scheduled with a local plumber. They came that day. The line was cleared and there was no extra charge. I was pleased.
