Very efficient!

Her's and His Plumbing contacted us right away and was able to schedule our service for the same day. The two technicians were professional and resolved our drain blockage. They were respectful of our home and wore shoe covers when inside, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, this was a great experience.

Had a clog on Sunday only had one toilet everything was backed up in the house for an entire day and a half before somebody finally came out not acceptable

I did not get a live person but used the automated system to schedule my appointment. I have to say I was impressed with the communication via text after my schedule, I was informed I would be contacted by contractor and I was, then the available time was asked of me and they arrived, performed work as scheduled. Your automated system worked and I would.be willing to use again though I ould prefer a live person. Thank you for the service you provide.
