The response time was excellent! Unfortunately the technician made a poor repair to the vent cover. When my wife took her shower that night the cover popped off and water came out all over her floor. Since this was behind an access panel it was a mess before we knew what was happening. We then had to call the same person out and listen to their explanation as to why it happened when when the expectation was that it should have been fixed and guaranteed in the first place.

After initial contact with my problem, the first plumbing company contacted me with delay of up to a couple of days before they could get to me. Called SLW back and they arranged for a different plumbing company to come out that very afternoon. I appreciate SLW following up and making sure my problem was taken care of in a timely manner.
