Fast response. To be honest, I didn’t expect to hear anything til the morning. Had blockage in our sewer line that started to back up late evening. Within 15 minutes of submitting the claim that same evening, I had a missed call and voicemail from a plumber. Called back. Plumber came out first thing and cut through tree roots in our line and got everything moving again.

This is at least the third time the line has been patched since purchasing the service. It probably would have been less expensive if the line were replaced rather than patched repeatedly.

The first call the operator named SERENA was NOT helpful or professional! The second call the operator named AMANDA was very helpful, professional and called a plumber for us! The plumber that came out in a timely manner, and fixed the problem was professional, and did a great job!
