The work was done well. However with a68 year old galvanized pipe showing internal brake down and obstruction I feel the complete line should hav been replaced instead of a simple 1 foot repair. I’m sure I will have another leak in the future.

My toilet was clogged around 9:30pm and we tried to fix it ourselves but couldn’t. I called the representative, who was very helpful and understanding. She just asked if both toilets were out of order for the night.around 11:30pm a technician arrived and unclogged it quickly with no extra charge! Excellent service and fast response.

An exterior water pipe had a pin-prick hole in it, had been leaking unbeknownst to me for 3 months. Within 3 hours of me finding the SLWA phone number to request service, the pipe was repaired and the meter was back in reasonable range. I literally couldn't believe how fast it happened. If my husband hadn't been home to witness the whole thing, I'm sure I'd still be in disbelief. So efficient.

Plumber said the sewer line wasn't backed up. Asked him if he determined that by shooting from clean out back to my house. He said he didn't have equipment but just "knew." Had another plumber come out and determined the blockage WAS in the sewer line. Warranty declined payment - this is a scam if the contractors aren't willing to actually verify what is causing the issue and whether the warranty should cover the repair

The first company that was called out did come out. After looking at the problem, the man decided that he would need more help. His company called in to you , but was declined for the extra cost .A second company was called out and the man said that he could clear the pipe with no problem. the pipe was cleared very rapidly. It was slow discovered that there may be a broken pipe in another area. It will be addressed seperatly.
