The plumber was very good but he wasn't able to help at all because Service Line refused to look at the big picture and would only, in medical terms, put a band aid on a gaping, bleeding, soon to cause more harm, wound. I'm very upset that we've paid premiums for decades for this.

The tech called my telephone, but I was in school and missed his call. Initially, he was instructed to call my husband's telephone number before arriving for the appt. Therefore, my husband spent quite some time tracking him down because my husband had scheduled to take the off work to be home when the tech arrived. However, they finally connected.
