Your representative was extremely professional and helpful. She understood what I needed and took immediate steps to contact a plumber in the city that I reside in. This is the 2nd time I've had to use Service Lines Warranties. Both time were amazing!

From the moment I found my water leak and called Service Line Warranties they were great!! The first contractor couldn't get to me for 6 days but they found a contractor that could get to me the next day. Communication was easy and they were prompt!!! Overall an easy and seamless process working with them. Would recommend this warranty service to anyone.

Workers were on time and did a thorough job. Fixed the problem. Both were very curteous and customer focused. Explained the problem and solutions clearly.

Finally I was able to get my work completed.

A plugged sewer line backing up into a basement is a stressful and time-sensitive issue. SLA is staffed on the weekends so my call was answered on a Sunday, and your contractor Ripp Sewer Line and Drain Cleaner in Madison WI called me within hours and was there 6:30 AM the next day and did a fast and professional job, and was a pleasure to work with.

I would say that this was a great service. We had to have two service calls. The first person that came out was pleasant, however, they did not resolve our problem and asked us to reach out to our Public Works Department, which we did twice. The second provider that came out completely resolved the issue and cleaned up and left our property immaculate. The convenience of reaching out to HomeServe and then having plumbers come so quickly was great. I will say the second plumber that came was really first rate!!
