We called at 8am about a water leak in our yard on 5/21. The plumber got here at 4pm. He dug a hole and said it's a sprinkler issue and left. I contacted an irrigation specialist who came out at 6pm and caped off the sprinkler line so we could have water and would return on 5/22. I turned on the water and it was still leaking. I had to cut off the water. The irrigation man said it was definitely a line issue I called the insurance company and after several backs and forth I was told they would not cover the claim. I got the number of the plumbing company and explained the issue. They said they would send some between 10am and 1pm. They were a no show. Was told the plumber insisted it was the sprinkler system and refused to come back. During that time the irrigation man had dug up the water line and showed me the damaged water line. I told the plumbing company I was standing there looking at the broken line. They then said they would send some one between 5 and 8. The job was completed in less than hour. We had no water for 2 days and was out $200 for the irrigation specialist which I feel someone should reimburse us. This is just the facts. We were very stressed out and felt the insurance company thought we were lying. We should get our money back we had to spend.

Unfortunately I forgot his name, but the gentleman that fixed our leak did a fantastic job. He quickly diagnosed the problem, got the parts needed and repaired the pipe in a matter of hours. He was also friendly and courteous.
