You were quick to find me someone. You left messages to keep me posted on what was happening. Only thing I wish is that the plumber was local to my area.

The company I asked to be scheduled for the repair wasn't schedule. But the trash company that lacks communication was scheduled. Hence my review.

When the plumber arrived, he was very professional and went about his business. Told me the problem is on the city's property. Thank you.

The technician was very helpful and easily resolved my issue. He suggested work that could be done to prevent a future issue/occurrence, but was not sure it would be covered by the contract. He indicated it would cost approximately $1800.00.

C&T Plumbing responded the same day on the phone with a few questions and then arrived at 9am the next morning. Very professional, knowledgeable, and good at what they do. They evaluated and broke down the problem which took over an hour and a half of them hustling through one test after another. They identified and resolved the problem, could not be more satisfied with the work they did.
