I reached a live agent on the first phone call and filed my claim quickly. I had an emergency water pipe break in my yard and the city didn't cover it. I'm so glad I purchased this coverage last year. The emergency occurred on a Saturday, but HomeServe was able to send a contracted Plumber out later in the day who repaired the pip, so we were able to have water by the evening hours.

The experience was a bit challenging as the first person I spoke with was trying to convince me that my problem was not covered. Eventually I was able to speak with someone to have my issue taken care of. By the next morning I had the covered issue addressed and resolved. The professional was able to quickly take care of the clogged sewer line outside of my home.
