Christian at KC Sunshine Plumbing did a great job removing the block in my drain. The backup was in the basement shower and basement drain. Christian realized the issue and went right to work after taking pictures.

Our sewer line backed up on Christmas Eve morning and we were expecting guests for a Christmas Eve dinner. We were sort of panicked. Within three hours, a local plumber had arrived and fixed the problem. No hassles, fast response. All-in-all a great experience.

Once the contractor got there the problem was taken care of quickly. But I had to wait 3 days to get service. During this time I had no working toilet.
