When you have five children and they have a plumber booked the same day, that deserves a five star.

I appreciate how quickly your team gets a technician out to my house when I have an issue. I’ve had four clogged sewer pipes since 10/27. It seems like something is wrong with my pipes that a clean out isn’t going to solve. I understand that you only cover repairs so the diagnostic is all me. However when I called in to ask for the process I was told that they would email me that in two days. Two days to get an email outlining a process that has been done before is unacceptable. I’m still waiting on that email to make sure I’m within the bounds to help get my sewer lines repaired.

The service was excellent. We called Service Line and they made an appointment right away. The service provider responded immediately and was at the house within thirty minutes of the original call.

Service Line Warranties were quick and efficient! We had a minor flood in our bathrooms due to a blockage . They quickly called our favorite plumber and everything was back to normal. Spend the <$10 a month, even if you don't use it for a few years, it's still less expensive than using a plumber for your emergency! We bought 3 of the monthly plans for different kinds of issues. Just used the service last week. Prompt response, professional service providers, no regrets!
