Had a clogged drain. Called Service Line Warranty’s customer service and a plumber came the next day. I was asked if I needed service the same day but I opted for the next day. Couldn’t ask for better service.

The claim process was straightforward once clarification regarding the nature of the exterior sewage line blockage was established.The chosen contractor (Terry Liggett Construction) was friendly, arrived promptly and effectively cleared the blockage using water jets to clear the exterior service line.

Service line Customer service never called me back with the approval or guidance on shat to do with the recommendation from the servicing plumber...3 days later snd still waiting
