Woke up on a Wednesday morning with a flower bed full of water and water bubbling out of the ground coming from the main water line to the house. I shut off the main water valve and reached out to get service, and someone was here within hours. By the afternoon, the problem was solved. Entire process exceeded my expectations.

You wouldn’t service me for 2 days while water was running all over my home. I had no choice but to hire a different company to service my water leak.You wouldn’t even reimburse me the 1600.00 that I had to pay another company to service me.Shame on you !I’ll never recommend you again.

The reps I talked to were very helpful, but the service up the line was pitiful. If this had been an emergency, we'd still be waiting for someone to repair, that is terrible service, making people wait weeks for service that they pay for in good faith. We have taken it upon ourselves to get this fixed and will put in for a reimbursement, though I doubt it will be approved, because that is what companies like yours do collect our money and provide as little as you can get away with. Service line warranty was better before home serve took over! Have a nice day.
