Once I called in with my issue they promptly had someone to my home….great response time and very nice vendor who came.They said Mark was going to call me….he never did. I called the next day and someone took my information and no one got back to me. I called again the following day and spoke with an agent in Repair Management. He was not helpful at all and refused to transfer me to a supervisor as I wanted to explain my extenuating circumstance and also wanted to know why I was not made aware that they closed my claim.Very frustratingI needed

You sold deceptive insurance that only covers the exterior pipe and not the pipe under the house.

The quick response time was fantastic.It turns out that our problem was not our service line, it was part of our irrigation system.The irrigation system is out of scope for our warranty however, the tech was kind enough to mark the lines while they were there so we were able to easily find and repair the problem.They went above and beyond without any additional cost to us. I appreciate that!
