Once the contractor got there the problem was taken care of quickly. But I had to wait 3 days to get service. During this time I had no working toilet.

Very fast service and fixed leak very promptly.

Wonderful experience. We requested help on a Wednesday for a water leak, in the front yard, a Technician arrived on on Thursday at the appointed time.. The Tech was very professional and explained the process needed to fix the problem. Took about 3 1/2 hours and everything was corrected. Would recommend Service Line Warranties and City Wide Plumbing (the company competing the job) for any plumbing needs.

He was outstanding and then a beautiful job

The plumber took a look, said he could correct the clog and climbs on my roof. I went back to my work. Later he told me he had fixed the clog. He left and I went to the sink and found that there was still a backup?? What gives?
