Within minutes after reporting the water leak, on a Sunday, I had a next day appointment with a plumber. He showed up the next day, got approval, and had me all back to normal by mid-afternoon on Monday. Could not ask for better service. Thank goodness for my service line warranty!

At first, I forgot that I had this coverage and I had someone come out to clear a drain. This is after calling several companies that never showed up. The person who did show up initially couldn’t do it. I contacted Service Line Warranty and they sent a plumber from Drain Bear who arrived in about an hour and a half. He worked approximately one hour, completely cleared the drain and cleaned up after himself.. He was extremely pleasant and answered all of my questions. In fact, he was so nice that we asked him to stay for pizza for lunch. I consider it an enormous blessing to have this coverage. I recommend it to everyone.
