I had a positive experience. The representative ask questions and quickly dispatched a plumbing service. I had a team at my house working within two hours. Bravo !

The service provider recommended was unable to complete a full investigation of my problem die to the limited latitude given because a thorough explanation of the situation was not given in advance. The scope of job was not explained completely.

They sent several plumbers here but they were unable to find the leak. They were all very pleasant and courteous but had to call a leak detection service that is very busy. However, Serviceline Warranties took over and paid for a complete repiping of my water line. This is very expensive and I am very happy they did this. Thank you Serviceline Warranties.
