Very easy process using Service Line Warranties of America, once I learned what the process was. The plumbing company, Chi-Tex plumbing, was very professional, friendly and knowledgable. They explained what was wrong and what they were doing.

Thanks for your service. I felt like. Everyone with whom I spoke tried there best to be responsive to my needs. A contractor was scheduled to come out the day after I reported the incident. Although, the technician was held up on a previous job and could not make it to my house until two days after my report, he did solve the problem shortly after his arrival. Before the scheduling window closed on the first day the technician was scheduled to arrive, I was contacted about the need to reschedule. Although I wasn't happy about the bad news, I was happy that they told me about it in time to make reservations at a hotel. I have been referred to restoration services for an inspection and estimate. The frustrating part of my experience was only being able to initially talk to the AI assistance at the initial scheduling. Where water is gushing as powerfully as it was at my house, I think it would be helpful to have guidance, and encouragement to turn the water off at the meter coming from the street into the yard, (even a link to a video). This is especially important in such circumstances where technicians won't be available until the next day. Overall, I am still thankful for your service.
