Service man did not have a camera said we have roots we may have a break in the line, and he was going to recommend that to your office! We may need a camera to determine if pipe needs to be replaced or relined since we have had this problem many times. Can you please call us 413 682- 4617 and respond to our problem Leon Lamoureux

The claim process was fine. I have a problem with Hummingbird Plumbers who responded; they put all the muddy dirt they dug up to get to the water line, piled onto my lawn. Then when refilling the hole they scraped the dirt back in with their shovels, tearing up the lawn and leaving dirt clods and a mess all around. They should have removed the top layer of sod and set it aside, so that when done refilling the hole they could place the sod back in place. They left dirt and mud clods on the sidewalk and even over to my neighbor's house. I have pics to share it you'd like to see them.

The service person was here within the time frame explained to us. Basically about in the middle of the time frame. He was very knowledgeable and explained to me the steps he was taking and why. If I remember correctly his name was "Mike". He was thorough and very easy to talk with. I would highly recommend him for more work. Excellent maintenance personal.
