Hunter was very patient with my questions and explained what he was and wasn't able to do. A second crew had to come out a few days later and try to go deeper to resolve the issue. It's fixed as of Saturday.

Worst customer service AI system ever. Seems designed to cause one to give up and not use one’s coverage. It took 4 calls and finally a lengthy and sometimes confusing, frustrating conversation with a human to finally get approval and service for a simple blocked household sewer. Service was provided the following day by a contractor whose service was very goid.

It was seamless and done within an hour. The plumbers from Ramco in temple love their work and respect their customers. They are a great representation of their company and industry.
