Excellent service, but I am concerned that it requires several phone calls to resolve simple billing errors, but at least it wasn't an AI auto attendant.

Woke up on a Wednesday morning with a flower bed full of water and water bubbling out of the ground coming from the main water line to the house. I shut off the main water valve and reached out to get service, and someone was here within hours. By the afternoon, the problem was solved. Entire process exceeded my expectations.

You wouldn’t service me for 2 days while water was running all over my home. I had no choice but to hire a different company to service my water leak. You wouldn’t even reimburse me the 1600.00 that I had to pay another company to service me. Shame on you ! I’ll never recommend you again.
