The company was very nice and responsive and the plumber was very nice and clean but they do need to come back with more length of line to rod we need 150ft and he only had 120ft. They measured and confirmed. Please confirm they will be coming back to complete the job. Thank you!

Service line contracted with two different plumbers to come out and specifically repair the water main between the meter and the house. Neither of the contractors was willing to do this relatively easy job, for a couple different reasons (excuses.) My GC is going to have his plumber fix it as our house repair moves forward. So: after years of paying the monthly premiums, I found this insurance to be worthless.

The claim process was straightforward once clarification regarding the nature of the exterior sewage line blockage was established.The chosen contractor (Terry Liggett Construction) was friendly, arrived promptly and effectively cleared the blockage using water jets to clear the exterior service line.

Service line Customer service never called me back with the approval or guidance on shat to do with the recommendation from the servicing plumber...3 days later snd still waiting
