They did everything so timely, I was so happy to get a tech out the very next day! The tech was great a well.

I didn't realize that the problem, which begain with one of our toilets, was actually due to a back up in the outside pipeline. Therefore, by the time I contacted Service Line Warranties the plumber we had called unplugged the outside plumbing. The Service Line plumber you folks had assigned to my did contact me in the late afternoon, but he was no longer needed.
