Did you change your coverage so that storm drains are no longer serviced? That makes for a much inferior product.

First you send out a plumber who doesn't do anything except look at work another plumber did and leaves saying everything looks good, ignoring the rest of the sewer line. Then after we protest, you sent out a better plumber who sends a camera down the sewerline to look for roots or a collapse. Since our toilets were gurgling, he said he would recommended a water leak test to make sure the sewer was not leaking. That was not done and when I called, I was told that my claim has been closed since nothing was found. I would like the recommended leak test done.

Homeserve sent Pappys Plumbing and they got my sewer line problem diagnosed. THey knew what they were doing and explained everything well. They will be back to dig and repair my sewer line. I know it will be fixed right.

Technician (Michael) was friendly and knowledgeable. Completed the work in a timely manner. This is the 1st time I have made a claim since becoming a subscribing to this service and it was an easy enough process with constant communication.
