The reps I talked to were very helpful, but the service up the line was pitiful. If this had been an emergency, we'd still be waiting for someone to repair, that is terrible service, making people wait weeks for service that they pay for in good faith. We have taken it upon ourselves to get this fixed and will put in for a reimbursement, though I doubt it will be approved, because that is what companies like yours do collect our money and provide as little as you can get away with. Service line warranty was better before home serve took over! Have a nice day.
