I was more than a little concerned about the amount of time and number of calls they had to make to get my drain cleaned. Once the technician came the problem ended up not being what I initially thought but rather an issue on the main drain line within the city of Arlington reservation. This had been identified in a previous call and service line was supposed to be working with the city to resolve the problem. This hasn't happened. I need to get this issue resolved. I had asked the technician if it would be possible to put the camera down to see what the issue and I lent him a power cord but he returned and said he no longer had his camera. The technician take care of the immediate drain problem and was very nice and professional but the larger problem is still unresolved.

To be honest I was a skeptic at first but it was way easier and over all affordable. The technician was quick and came at a time that worked for me.

main water valve leaking. Guys showed up in the time they said, went right to work and installed a new valve. They were very professional and friendly. Cleaned up their work area and told me if any problems with what they did call right away. would use again.

Called to set up appointment for exterior water leak on Wednesday, August 6th. Appointment was scheduled for Tuesday, August 12th. Mcatee Technician arrived at approximately a little after 12:00 noon.Technician stated, “ticket was for sewer leak”. I informed him, there no issues with sewer. He open access to sewerline , not sure of outcome. Afterwards, I asked about water leak, he called his supervisor, not sure of conversation. At this point , I inquired again about water leak, Technician was sure he could determine origin of leak, because he didn’t equipment to test, but wasn’t sure if leak was interior or exterior.Mcatee office called while Technician was still on my property and ask if I would submit a favorable review.I did also ask for a summary of Technician’s report, but yet to receive one.Called back to Service Line Warranties to request another appointment for initial problem, exterior water leak which wasn’t resolved. Appointment scheduled for Wednesday, August 13th with Hers & His Plumbing. Technician arrived as scheduled at approximately 12:25 pm and exterior water leak was repaired around 4:30 pm. Once again, asked for copy of work order from repaired exterior water leak. No report has been received.I’m requesting work order summary be sent to me for my records. Please assist in the matter promptly.Thank you
