Our drain stopped working on a Saturday morning. Unfortunately, we were informed that a contractor would contact us that day to come out. This never occurred. No one called and no one came out. I made a number of calls to Service Line. The staff worked hard to find another contractor to no avail. Finally, I was told that we would not have anyone come out to Monday. This did occur Monday morning and the contractor crew was excellent and cleared the stoppage. It would have been easier if we were simply told that there was no contractor available and to deal with it. During the weekend, we had to go to a commercial building to use the restroom. If no service was available , it should be explained to the homeowner up front.

I noticed a basement blockage back up on Sunday morning. I had difficulty with the new Service lines auto phone system, very frustrating, but on the third attempt, I was able to leave a request for RIPP SEWER. They have clear blockages at my home before. Mark was there within two hours and unblocked the drain. Excellent service.
