I called on Friday and they did not send someone out until the following Monday so my water bill is triple because I have 84 year old mother and cannot be without water to my house. I hope that you will assist with the water bill. lg

contacted your customer service because we had a sewer backup in our house. Service agent said they would have someone contact us. After two hours we still didn’t hear from anyone so I contacted customer service again. This time the agent found someone who could help with our problem.
