Great service

We were experiencing a back-up at the washing machine drain. We called, and got a service call scheduled. The repair crew arrived timely, diagnosed the problem quickly and made the repair. Everything is good!

First time we needed to use our Service Line Warranty and I have to be honest, it was easy, fast and efficient. I called late in the day and they had a repairman out the very next day and it was fixed, properly and professionally. I was impressed. I expected a run around and instead got the opposite. Fast, easy and excellent service!

The plumber was on time, pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable. Did his job well, cleaned up after himself, and suggested what we should do to make the toilet run even better.

The job was done correctly and satisfactorily . However, when will the holes in the wall be repaired?
