Our problem was relatively simple to solve; it involved cleaning out a pipe that led from our kitchen and utility room to the main line about 40 feet away. The service person arrived on time, and I showed him the location of the clean out pipe for the affected area and the location of the nearest source of electricity. He asked me to run water into the kitchen sink and he proceeded to remove the blockage in the line quickly. .After removing the clean-out mechanism, he informed me that I could turn off the water, and the project was completed: fast and efficient.
