AT NO POINT EVER WHEN I TOOK OUT BOTH A SEWER AND WATER LINE WARRANTY WAS I INFORMED THAT THERE'S A SEPARATE INSIDE VS OUTSIDE SEWERAGE COVERAGE AND AFTER DIGGING ALL OVER YOUR SITE I STILL CANNOT FIND ANYTHING UNDER PRODUCTS THAT OFFERS AN INSIDE SEWER LINE COVERAGE POLICY!!! I'M NOW WAITING FOR A SUPERVISOR TO CALL ME BACK TO TRY TO RESOLVE THIS MESS WITH THE PLUMBER YOU GUYS ASSIGNED TO US YESTERDAY TO COMPLETE THE WORK WHICH SHOULD BE COVERED UNDER OUR SEWER POLICY AS THIS WAS NOT DISCLOSED TO ME PRIOR TO AN HOUR AGAIN TODAY AFTER DEALING WITH THIS INSANE MESS SINCE YESTERDAY - SO 2 DAYS NOW WITHOUT A SOLUTION - AND MY TENANTS ARE LIVING WITH FAMILY BC THEY HAVE NO WATER, NO TOILETS, NO SHOWER, ETC!

First provider was a no call, no show. Second provider did the bare minimum snaking sewer line despite seeing on his camera scope tree roots growing through, leaving holes behind in sewer line for sewage to infiltrate the environment, putting the health of others at risk. Lines almost immediately with smell/backup upon using facilities again.

My experience was good. The only thing is the virtual assistant got all things wrong. I do not like those virtual assistants. Anyway, Zack was very good and prompt. Very pleased with the service and outcome. Thank you
