Our issue was resolved quickly and professionally

Roots keep getting into the sewer line, causing the sewer line to backup every 2-4 months. I have submitted approximately 4 tickets with SLWofA over the last year. We hired one of their trusted plumbers to do a camera inspection (for which I had to pay several hundred dollars out of pocket) and they reported that there are no issues with the sewer line. If that's the case, why do I have to call them every 2-4 months because roots are in the line? I'll be canceling my policy with SLWofA as they have zero interest in providing a long-term solution.
