Great experience! From the first call where I worked with a surprisingly easy automated system that has my service request open and routed with in minutes. To the actual representative I asked to connect to afterwards who reassured me I was following the correct process.Despite calling early in the morning they weren’t able to get me scheduled the same day. Which is desirable when you have a water leak and costs you may be responsible for. They were able to get me scheduled the following Monday which was appreciatedLastly, instead of a spot repair I wish it would have been the whole pipe or something more reassuring that it won’t happen again six inches from this one or two weeks from now.

They were very helpful and worked extremely hard and efficiently to get our issue fixed within the same day.

You sent out John Cole plumbing to do a water jet on my Sewer Line. They canceled the order because they said that they weren’t paid enough to come out and do the job this customer service I find to be unacceptable.
