SLWA got 5 star for the quick response but the dispatch who came out to the house to inspect didn't give me the right advice to solve the problem which it needed to be replaced(overflow seal). He said it was fine to leave it when it was falling apart. This is the only reason I give it a 3 star.

The service guy was great. The person who took the call and the scheduling seemed confused. Had to follow up on details a couple times to get things right. Maybe it was your automated service response that caused the confusion too

I wanted a second opinion on our issue. I had already had another contractor out to look at the leak and they had marked where they though the leak was coming from. The plumber who came out through HomeServe did nothing. Just said they could dig where the previous contractor marked. That's not what I wanted. Plus, the plumber had never even heard of the issue were having before.

I have an issue with sewer line back up 3 times recently. Last 2 times (5 April 2026, 23 May) they used a camera and found a pipe break. While the immediate back up was resolved, the pipe break is not being fixed/dealt with as it should. If this issue gets resolved under warranty, I will boost my rating.

My experience was excellent! An appointment for service was offered right away. At my appointment the problem I had was repaired by a licensed plumber. He was very professional and did a great job!

I received excellent service from Jason and his company! Jason was on time and immediately responded to my kitchen sink drain that wasn’t draining. He quickly got the drain unplugged and working properly!

The plumber from AriZona did nothing. He was not knowledgeable and had to reach out to his supervisor on the septic system. He told my husband he had to see the inside bathroom just so he could get paid. Literally that is all he did. Then he proceeded to post his business sign in front of our house without our permission. I never recommend this company. Such horrible service!

The technician came to our home less than 24 hours after our call for help. The pipe was repaired perfectly and our water bill has returned to normal!!
