I had to wait 4 days for the plumber because it was on a holiday and weekend!!! This is totally unacceptable and I know you have plumbers who work on these days.

I found that getting a human customer service rep on the phone was fairly easy and she was easy to understand. I was also impressed with getting a repair tech to my home the next day. My problem was a service line leak in my home's front yard. The technician arrived on time, I was notified of his arrival with a text and he had the repair completed within an hour. There were absolutely no disappointments with my SLWA experience so I will keep this warranty active for many years.
