I was a bit confused when initially calling S.L.W.O.A. The gentleman I spoke with was foreign, and I believe had a hard time understanding what I was telling him. I scheduled an appointment online, stating that Royal Plumbing would be getting a hold of me within a 4 hour window, to set up an appointment. Nobody from Royal Plumbing called within that time frame, so I called them. Was told somone would call me back, but didn't, so I called back again. This time I was told I would get a call back to see if they could get someone to come out, since it was the end of the day, by that time. I got the call back and they were able to get someone (George) to come out, even though the job he had before mine was to be his last one for the day. I was very grateful that he came out, and he was a pleasure to deal with. I will be asking for George in the future. Just wish it was a smoother experience. I have to say that the girls at Royal Plumbing were very accommodating, which I very much appreciated.

The main sewer drain runs from the front of my house around to the alley and I have camera footage showing that it is the main pipe that has roots in it and also is collapsed in a number of areas. Home serve is saying that they won’t cover my claim I want to appeal This case send me the necessary forms to appeal the case and let me know where I can send the video showing the roots in the line. My main drain should be covered for roots and collapse. If this does not get resolved and fixed under my insurance plan, I will notify all my neighbors that they need to switch to your competitor.

I called the service number at 1:03. I was able to speak to SLWOA associate at 1:04. She was pleasant and referred my job to a contractor quickly. The contractor responded with an available time between 2-6:00. I accepted and a contractor was at my house by 2:13. Resolving the issue took 3 hours on site (I expected it to take about 1 1/2 hours) but thankfully it is done. Thank you.
