Workers would not address issues. They insisted on snaking drain when I said that is not problem. I tried to get them to look at area with problem to no avail. They snaked and said if I still have problem call office they have another job to get to and packed up. I called home serve to lodge an complaint and was told I have to let them come out again before they can reassign. That would be useless. The language barrier did not help. If was difficult communicating with them. I don’t think they understood even though they nodded their heads. Home serve need to use local plumbers according to the address. This one was not local.
