Repairman came to our house at 9:30 am after we called the emergency line for Service Line Warranty at 11:30 pm the night before, we had already shut off the leak at the street but we had no water. Issue resolve quickly Great service

I called early. They arrived early. My problem was resolved promptly.

The inspection was a waste of my time. They didn't inspect any of the outside pipes. They looked at the ground and determined there wasn't a problem because there wasn't any pools of standing water. They ran water in my house and said nothing was backing up, which wasn't my concern. How can a company determine if there's a corrosion problem on underground pipes without accessing the pipes?
