We were very pleased with the responsivity of the contractor and the manner in which they performed their job. They were friendly and answered our questions. In addition, we were impressed with the speed in which Service Line Warranties handled our problem.

To make the claim was fine, but the experience with the plumbers that came out, left us a little confused. The technicians were great. They walked through everything in the beginning, but then at the very end when they went outside to check something they left with no word. We thought maybe they had an emergency so we called their office and they said that this is normal and they will report back to you. So we left wondering if the claim was even completed we are not sure what happens next. Does that sound good?

I loved the repair sewer company that came out. Very professional and knew what he was doing. They found broken pipe and marked where it was. Then said that Home Serve would contact someone to come out and repair it. It's been over two weeks and I had another flood in the basement when I did a load of wash. I hate to think I can't do laundry until this is taken care of. Not sure what the delay is but still have not heard from anyone relating to getting it taken care of.

It would be helpful to have a handful of service providers that are willing to pickup weekend jobs and emergencies happen on Saturday and Sunday too. We were without plumbing for over 12 hours due to our emergency being on a Sunday evening.
