contacted your customer service because we had a sewer backup in our house. Service agent said they would have someone contact us. After two hours we still didn’t hear from anyone so I contacted customer service again. This time the agent found someone who could help with our problem.

Great service

We were experiencing a back-up at the washing machine drain. We called, and got a service call scheduled. The repair crew arrived timely, diagnosed the problem quickly and made the repair. Everything is good!

I called late in the day and they had a repairman out the very next day and it was fixed, properly and professionally. I was impressed. I expected a run around and instead got the opposite. The plumber was on time, pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable. Did his job well, cleaned up after himself, and suggested what we should do to make the toilet run even better.
