Excellent. When I made the call, a nice lady answered and asked what she could do to hel me . Very nice Lady. I explained my situation and she told me she would call the plumber right away. A few minutes later the plumber called and had a worker over and in less than twenty minutes the problem was solved. Thanks to the Lady, the sewer was opened!!

This insurance was not what we thought it was. When we needed it we were told it doesn't cover that issue. What a waste of money and time.
