Really appreciate the urgency in getting someone on site. Only wish they would have had a "jetter" with them so they could have solved the issue that day instead of having to come back a different day, which meant the sewer lines could not be utilized and the mess had to wait until the lines were opened with the jetter.

I panicked because an inspector told me I had a Crack in the sewer line out by the street, so I called Homeserve. They sent a plumber right away who checked and videotaped the line. He found that there were no cracks and, in fact, the lines were in great condition.
