The service person was on time, professional, courteous and quick to make the repair. A second very pleasant experience with this company - Air Assurance.

Service Line Warranties responded immediately to our request for help. A plumber arrived within an hour from our call and found out that the problem was in our irrigation system. As it was not part of our warranty contract, we paid him to fix the problem, which he did promptly and at a reasonable price.

The customer service was very good. My issue was with the servicing plumming company. They showed up days later after several calls going back and forth trying to get a committed appointment. I lost two days waiting at home when all they had to do was reschedule a date and time when they were sure to have a plummer available.

The company that serviced my sewer line the day water was coming up into my basement, did a EXCELLENT job. SLWA gave me a hard time, and did not want to cover the work. The company that did the work, called SWLA and got them to pay for the emergency service.

The technician was very courteous and professional. He explained what he was doing and why we had had a problem. Would highly recommend him again.

I generally have 5 star experiences with SLWA. I called and spoke with a service representative about getting a plumber out to clear my sewer line. She said someone from a local plumbing company would call within the next 4 hours. No such call came. I called SLWA back the next day and was told there was no record of my original call to them. So, after giving all the necessary info AGAIN I finally got a call from a local plumber and was able to have my line cleared a day later than I should have. This caused me to have to stay home an extra day. I realize accidents happen and I generally get really good service from SLWA, but this last time someone really dropped the ball.

Service was good to get the drain snaked but I was told they were getting a quote for a dig since I have had it snaked and water jetted 5 times in 20 months. Instead of putting a band aid on this every time this needs to get fixed so my finished basement stops getting ruined every time. I have had no follow-up regarding this quote for a dig. What is the status?
