The technician seemed quite professional and readily communicated his findings. After working on the tub drain continuously for almost an hour and checking the outside cleanout connection he said he was satisfied that the blockage had been cleared and demonstrated the drain flow improvement for me. He also said if the problem recurred to try to contact him for service again since he was now familiar with the problem. He left me satisfied and hopeful that the problem has been eliminated permanently.
