My experience was top notch from start to finish. Called the 24 hour number and spoke with someone at 11pm who contacted a plumbing service whinin turn contacted me and set up a time to come out. They came out and took care of it and that was that! 100% smooth, friendly, efficient operation during what could have been an extremely stressful situation. Getting the service line warranty was the best decision we made and both times we have had to use it have been extremely easy and the work has been great.
