The plumber sent out was quite good, after a bit of confusion as to who would be paying. After that, everything went very well and the problem was resolved within a couple of hours. The plumber went a bit extra and recommended maintenance items that would help keep the drains open which will be used.

Once I placed a call for a claim the rest was handled in a professional and timely manner.

We were very disappointed with the company that came out initially for our clogged bathroom drain. They were in and out in 15 minutes and did not run the cleaner out into the drain as far as it needed to be. The cover from the cleanout popped off and we had raw sewage on the yard beside our house, smelling, etc. We didn't know this had happened for several days. Plumb Genius came and ran the rooter out about 100 feet. He covered all the raw sewage so it could not be detected and identified another problem that was not covered by my service warranty. We decided to have the problem fixed. Thought they were terrific and we were completely professional;.

The phone agent was knowledgeable and courteous. The service from the plumber was prompt and professional. I'm glad I have the warranty.

Roto router tech did a good job. Your rep who answered my initial call did a poor job. Told me no contractor available for at least 48. Hours so i needed to call around to find someone, refer them back to you for approval. That was unacceptable. I called local roto router who is an authorized contracter. They were at my house within 2 hours. So the 48 plus hours wait offered by service line warranties was not correct. Such a long wait was inaccurate and very bad from a health perspective.
