Fast friendly service!

I am very pleased with Service Line Warranties, the work that needed to be done was done in a timely manner. However it is not totally completed, I have tried to call the contractor, because they are supposed to contact the county so that the proper inspection could be completed. As it stands, I have a mountain of dirt in my front yard and I do not know when they are able to fill in the big hole. I am getting a little frustrated, because I have called the contractor and have not heard back. I am again stressing that I have recieved excellent service and response from them, I am hoping that maybe they can get in touch with the contractor, because I am sure he would like to be paid for his services.

Service provider's response was quick, repair scheduled and completed on time.

Though HomeServe was very professional and accommodating, I've had multiple calls from them concerning some issues I've had with past contractors. I so appreciate the follow-ups, but received way to many of them about the exact same issues I was having. It seems as though our conversations were not put in the system or recorded. But again do appreciate the concern.

The team arrived ready to do their work. With other companies I've found that they never show up ready to perform the task and wait around for help to arrive even though they have been informed that the work requires two because it is in the basement. Your people show up prepared to work, do not delay, perform their task and leave. Very professional.
